This was a while ago for me but...

How many people shot the crazy religious dude? I went through a few words with him and he kept talking about how he was going to "send the demon back to the darkness" while pointing the gun at Blake.

I figured "Screw it, he's probably going to pull the trigger anyway" so I popped him right in the effing head. I guess my question is, do you have to shoot the guy?

I'm not sure either, but he seemed to keep getting more and more hostile as I tried to talk him down so I shot him too. definitely something I'm gonna let play out in my next playthrough

I didn't shoot him. I had to suppress the urge, but it did take a while to calm him down.

I didn't shoot him then but at another point for me he reached into his jacket and was going to pull something out (I thought maybe a gun) so I popped him. Turns out it was a cross.

I shot him too. Funny thing was I had him calming down and I hit the wrong button by accident and shot him

This game is the ****.

Wow... def. will go down as a memorable game for me this generation.

This could go down as the best game of this generation for me. I have grown a little bit tired of QTE games.......but the way the gameplay and story came together is just amazing. This was a total emotional roller coaster ride for me since I am a parent. I can't wait for next week for the first Chapter DLC to release.

I can't believe that Shelby is the Origami Killer.......my jaw dropped. I was so hell bent thinking that Ethan had something to do with it due to the blackouts.

I will be running through this again to see how many people I can save since the main cast pretty much died.

Does anyone know how the Chapter select works? Can I replay a chapter? I heard it affects your save and end game.

You can have it overwrite your current game and continue on, or you can just play as-is without it overwriting anything.

You can select not to save progress after selecting a chapter if you want. I replayed Madison's apartment scene.

that's about a quarter through the game and it was badass.

Probably halfway through now...It's cool seeing the story from all the different angles. Different information from each put the entire story together.

Ethan's tasks have been fun, the 2 i've done so far.

I'm enjoying the quick time events, it's cool when you screw up on one how it impacts the flow, but you're not totally screwed. Sometime I may see what happens if you fail all the events just to find out what happens lol

I played this for about an hour last night, and while I enjoyed it for how different it is from other games, I can't say I was having that much "fun" with it. I was entertained, but more in a "Mmm, this is a very unique experience" way as opposed to "man this game is fun." But maybe that is what the developer was going for.

I enjoyed Indigo Prophecy for the most part, until it got absolutely ridiculous story-wise towards the end, and I was looking forward to this game, so maybe it will continue to grow on me.

One thing I do have a problem with right now is the acting. For a game like this, which basically relies on the performances of the voice actors to carry the game, I find it a bit weak. The delivery of some of the lines just seem off, and man, the voice acting for the kids is absolutely dreadful! Cringe worthy in fact, and that is a very bad thing in a game that relies on your emotional investment in the characters.

I'm not giving up on it yet, because I am intrigued by the story, but my first impression was just average.

I think most would agree that this game isn't for everybody. This is definitely a "road less traveled" approach to game design. That being said, I'm having a blast with it!
