They are still selling a lot of copies on the PS2. There is a large past gen base out there that still hasn't upgraded. The next year or so will be crucial for Sony to make sure their PS2 base upgrades to the PS3 and not a 360 if they want to turn around these numbers.

Even though everyone is celebrating....and I welcome EA with open arms...

Peter Moore has done us justice. But its all Sony's fault.....

I will purchase my action game exclusives on PS3, and keep all my sports on 360.

Sony messed up, when they spoke out on EA and 2k...about the 30fps issue...stating that it must be the programmers faults...Because Sony sports titles run at 60.

Well I guess its easy to push crappy graphics at 60fps, than it is to push quality products..

Sony should have kept their mouths shut, or just admitted it was because of the lack of ram, the PS3 has....

Oh! Well - 10 points for Microsoft....and a great future lies ahead....

Tiny *** sprites.. and less detail to the player models....Fifa graphics are garbage compared to the other sports releases.

the ps3 is better than the 360 in almost every way technologically. It's just that developers had a year head start learning how to make 360 games, and the high development cost makes it more likely that the ps3 will settle into the xbox's slot of last generation.

Just because it's a better machine doesn't mean developers will go the extra mile to make games exclusively better on that console, when they could just make it for the 360 and port over. There's not **** out on the ps3. Owners will buy madden regardless of if it runs 30 fps or not.

Well the fact remains they while they had a year to program for the 360 they really didn't "need" a year as the 360 , according to the developers from what I gather, is a breeze to program for. That's not the case with the PS3.
So basically while the PS3 is thought to be the shiznat in every way, they fall short in a cruscial area, developer friendly environment.

So while a Lamborghini might deliver me Rosie, I'll take the Chevy driven by Angelina.
