My brother set up a passworded server last night so we could just screw around on the new map. That place is amazing. It reminds me a lot of Kashyyyk on Star Wars.

Just go to the ranked servers. I rarely get bad games in those.

About 18,000-20,000 people are online daily, which is pretty disappointing given the potential of this game, but not surprising with the lack of push and marketing Sony had for the game.

Just be warned, nowadays there aren't that many good player servers, join unranked player servers (they'll have a crossed out trophy logo near their name) and that on the official ranked servers, there are "veterans" who hound the new players just for the sake of trying to get the no. 1 position at a certain stat or they're not good enough to play in the server they're supposed to be playing.

Man, I started playing this game again the other day. I didn't know that you can play your own music while playing the game. It really adds to the fun when you track down fools while you are listening to Hip-Hop from the 90's. Is there a group of OS'ers that still play this?

I would take the plunge if you haven't already. Great game. Takes a while to get the hang of it, but after you do it becomes second nature. Also, the training that you take is top notch. I wish more games utilized that feature.

Plus like I said in the post above, you can play your own music while shooting people in the face. That is always a good thing.

Well I got the game off eBay for 15 bucks a couple days ago. I've been playing non-stop since.. I've only tried the player servers mostly getting used to the maps and controls before I dive into the ranked servers.

it really is great. Almost like a Sci-Fi Battlefield game. I do not play it much once socom came out but I do recommend it to anyone looking for a online game.

Still playing this.. finally started playing in the ranked games, mostly CTF. Riding base to base in a jeep with a rocket launcher seems to be working pretty good for me so far. Last match I finally got the Top Player award although I always seem to be stuck on the losing team or a tie.

Also the game runs smooth with no lag and you can't say that about alot of games. It really is a fun game.

You really have to give the developers a lot of credit for this game. They seemed to have done it about as well as you could have.
