Thank you Gears and Rudy. I'm leaning towards inFamous, even though I have a sealed copy of Prototype staring me in the face atm!

No problem but check out the demo of inFamous first. That should really help you decide if you like it or not.Comment

Definitely go with inFamous... Prototype gets pretty repetitive and boring after a while. inFamous has a MUCH better story and better visuals.Comment

CFav, I liked inFamous because you can play through the game twice and get a different prespective each time. You'll get different variations of your powers on the playthroughs as well. InFamous is probably my favorite action game over the past 3 years or so.

Thank you aukevin and double d. I played the demo last night and it was pretty cool. I was having a tough time getting used to the controls, but for the most part I liked it. Now if only there was a Prototype demo. But anyway, I think I'm going to bring Prototype to Wally world and get some store credit, then go grab inFamous...unless you guys think another store will take it?

Re: Infamous (by Sucker Punch) PS3
Apparently Wally World doesn't take games back w/o a receipt now! The lady behind the counter told me that people have easy access to machines that can re wrap the games according to factory standards. But I was able to find a guy on craigslist that traded me inFamous straight up for Prototype, so I'm playing it now. IDK about you guys, but I just like hopping around buildings and picking off the bad guys on the rooftops and on the streets...good stuff.
Anyone know if there is a map to show where the shards are located?

Thank you Rudy. I found 9 of the audio drops so far. And JJ, this game is addicting. I have to give my hats off to Sucker Punch on this one. Thank you to everyone for all of their help, it's greatly appreciated.

Re: Infamous (by Sucker Punch) PS3
The one thing that I felt inFamous did very well was the collection aspect. In inFamous, the audio drops helped tell the story and the blast shards increased your power. There was a real incentive to find those things. The game does get a little too long but it was a lot of fun.
No shock that a sequel is in the works and an actor let it slip on Twitter that he was auditioning for the voice actor role as Cole. Not sure how they are going to do a sequel but I did like the way they built a character up over time. Hopefully that aspect stays the same.
