Ugh! I am trying to decide if I should go ahead and buy this from a store or take my chances and hope Gamefly ships it to me release week and I buy it off them for around $45-$50 new.

I've gotten to the point where I don't feel like spending much money on games anymore, but I still want more and more games.

But that is $10-15 more expensive plus gas.

I've had luck with Gamefly sending me games the day before they release. I can deal without the exclusive content you get for pre-ordering. I'd like to have it, but a couple cases is not going to kill me and they'll probably come out later and if I enjoy the game enough, which is more than likely with a R* game, then I'd be willing to spend the money to get the cases and then it would even out to me spending $60-65 for the game and all the "exclusive cases".

Yea, I've kind of thought it out. I still have a month to sleep on it.

Reserve a preorder and have a game open for Gamefly, if Gamefly ships it refund the preorder, if they don't then you have the game preordered to pick up the next day.

You can preorder from Gamestop online or Amazon without paying a thing and with Amazon, if you have Prime then you can get free release date shipping.

Buy it from a store. Beat it ASAP. Sell it on half.com. If you need money that badly then don't buy it.

If I can save $15, then have all the "exclusive" content come out later and I can spend $15 on all of it, then I am going to do that. Why waste money when you can save it?

This isn't me needing money, it is me being wise and saving money.

$15 really isn't that much. I get where you're coming from because I can be stingy with money as well, but in this case why not just have the game first day and have the extra case for the extra $15?

Once I buy 4 games from Gamefly, then that is $60 I save and a free game. It may not be that much overall, but usually when I save money off games, I use it on other games. If I save money on food, I use the saved money on food another time. Thats just how I like to shop. Saving little over and over really adds up.

I'm also the type of person who puts all their loose change in a jar. I've got over $60 in the jar next to my 360 right now in coins.

TBH at this point it sounds like you already have your mind made up that you're going to Gamefly it and save the $15 anyways.

I probably am going to just go the Gamefly route, but if you could buy 4 games and get one free would you not rather do that instead of spending full price on all 5 games?

I usually just sell mine on half.com and get about 75-90% back depending on the popularity of the title. Hell, I had Black Ops for 6 months and sold it for 40 bucks on there.

So why are you debating what you should do? It seemed like you wanted the game in a hurry but if that isn't the case, I don't see why you wouldn't just keep doing what you've always done.

I want the game within a few days, which Gamefly offers. But I am not 100% guaranteed they'll ship it to me instead of Jake from Long Island. I guess I can always put $5 down at Gamestop, then hope Gamefly ships it to me.

I skimmed through that video. Probably watched it for about a minute just skipping through parts of it. The game almost looks quirky in a away, or I don't know how to describe it.
