Bummed, but not upset. Like Eddie said, gives me time to play other stuff and have SMB all to itself in February.

Although I am looking forward to the game delays usually don't bother me. I would rather have a complete game than a rushed game

True, and usually JAN and FEB are not too good for gamers with respect to new games on the market.

Call me crazy, but game delays don't bug me one bit. The way I see it is that it allows the devs to fine tune and perfect the game. Sure it stinks not having it come out "on time", but I'm sure 'Mass Effect' and GTAIV will be much improved after their delays than if they had hit months earlier.

I agree, I don't mind that much. Just don't pretend they're still tweaking because the japanese version will be all ready out. It won't be any different, but it does make sense to spread out the Nintendo first party games.

agreed. I believe that they figure that they can move more consoles if they delay the release to be after the holidays. Galaxy will probably move just about all that they project.

All speculation on my part though.

Yeah, honestly Galaxy is enough of a system seller. The Wii itself is a system seller. This delay will just prolong the amazing first party releases, hopefully they'll have one for April-June as well.

The Japanese version was delayed until January 24...a mere two weeks earlier.

My bad, i thought the Japanese was this fall for some reason, i misread the other article...

Just as long as the game rocks, I have too many games on the list for fall anyways.
