    Games N Flix

Anyone having any luck renting games thru them? I signed up 9/19, put 10 games in my que, 5 that were classified as shortwait or ready to ship, and still havent received a game yet. I e-mailed their customer service department and they gave me a free 30 day extension to my membership, but doesnt do any good without games. I also tried calling yesterday and was given the run around. I'd like to stay with them because its cheaper than Gamefly but getting frustrated with the delay getting games.

I used them....worked well when I was going through older titles, but I had an open spot in my queue from early August till the other day when I cancelled (after getting a month free where they sent me no games).

Great idea, great price, but terrible execution on titles that have come out during the most recent quarter.

I didn't like their service, but some have been happy.

Getting newer or popular games from them is incredibly frustrating. It takes far too long. If you are going to offer a service, you need to stock so that you can make your claims. I canceled my service with them about 6 months ago.

What I do now is go through Hollywood Video (they are much like Blockbuster). They have a plan that runs $20 a month to have one title out at a time. They are about 5 minutes away from me so I treat them as an extended library. I purchase the games I see myself playing for a good amount of time and I use this "Game Pass" for titles I know I won't keep very long (FPS games etc.)
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

I used them for awhile, but it seemed the service got worse as time went on. I would receive some games in a few days and some would take over a week after they shipped. And newer/poplular games would never be instock, so I cancelled and switched to Gamerang. I have been pretty pleased with gamerang so far..though it is about $6 more. I have recieved everyone of my games 3 days after they have shipped..one game only took 2 days. And I haven't had any problem getting new releases. The only thing I don't like so far, is that they seem to not have the quick return feature that GnF and Gamefly have, where once the USPS scans it, it will show as returned on the website and they will ship the next game available in your queue. It seems Gamerang actually waits till they physically receive the game.
