    Another sharkport help request!!

I'm trying to download the newest High Heat rosters from geek rosters and I keep getting "USB error connecting to PS2"
I've done a search here and tried the different ideas, looked in My device manager and all appears ok. I'm at a loss. I DL'd a couple of weeks ago forNcaa2k3 BB and had no problem.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Re: Another sharkport help request!!

One suggestion that seems to help me when I get that error, is to delete rosters for the game I'm trying to upload.

For example, I'd have some 12/20/02 Nba2k3 rosters I made on my memory card. I then find some new 1/13/02 rosters off of the internet. I try using the sharkport but nothing seems to work.

I then decide to delete the old roster file and then try again.

Usually with madden, NCAA, or Nba2k3, this seems to work.

Also try this method. Turn everything off. Turn on your pc and your ps2 (with the sp disc inside) at the same time. After both load up, try to only open the Sharkport program.

If you are using a USB 4 port (thingy) lol (dont know the name, sorry) because you are out of usb ports on the back of your pc, check to see if there is a switch on it. It should have a switch. One side saying" Self powered ". And the other side saying" Bus powered ". Try both positions. Usually if its not working for me on bus, i switch to self powered and it works.

if that doesnt work continue to restart and reboot your ps2. Just last week I had to reboot my pc and ps2 around 25 times before I could save a file.
