Dammit, I know I'm 31 years old, but this game is fun as hell. I'd never played a Crash Bandicoot game before but I did rekindle my love for that genre of gaming. I forgot how fun the Crash/Sonic/Mario games were. I suggest ya'll picking the game as a rental/reduced price purchase as a great change of pace to the carnage that is Halo or the competition that is NBA2k8.

My son and I always like to check out games that we can play together, so we checked out the demo, and yeah, it was a pretty good time. I may pick it up after Christmas or something as there were other games he wanted more than Crash, but its definetly worth a look if anyone ever enjoyed those old Crash games.

The crash games were very good when they were Playstation/Sony exclusive, and once they went multiplatform they really lost their luster.

Agreed I loved the old Crash games on Playstation, but havent played one since, I might download the demo to just check it out.

I had the second one on the PSOne back in the day and it was soo much fun. Not sure how the new one will be, but its worth a look.

Hopefully they will bring this series back to what it once was. Crash used to be Sony's original mascot too.

Yea I remember getting one of those circle covers with Crash on it for my PS, and then every month PSM would update it with a new Crash cover.

LOL! I remember that, it was the big thing that PSM was trying to do at that time so people could decorate their PS1..........it was the origin of the 360 faceplate.

Yep, and as soon as I began putting them on, my PS got screwed up. I dont know if it was because of those.

Well just played the demo, nothing special and its not like what it was on PS , However I did enjoy playing it.

Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped! remains my favorite platformer to date.

That was a fun one in the series. I'm going to have to download the demo later this week to see if its any good.

Crash lost its luster when its developer decided to start a new franchise (same goes for Spyro).

That is a part of it, but I think this series really got affected once they decided to go multi-platform. Look at Sonic, the same thing happened with that series once it went multiplatform........the series went down the tubes very fast. If SEGA would have kept Sonic on one platform, the series wouldn't have gone to hell as they would have dedicated resources to one platform.

That funny you use the Sonic comparison, because when I was downloading the demo for Crash I saw the sonic demo and said the same exact thing about both titles not being what they used to be.

LOL! Crash and Sonic always come to mind with this.

It's like taking Mario and placing all future games on PS3, 360, etc. It won't allow the developer to focus on the benefits/features that the specific hardware can provide for producing a game just solely on that.
