I forgot about this game for a while, but recently thought about it. I guess no one has played this game. Anyway, in this game you fight against some powerful drug cartels all over Columbia. It's a very intensive 3rd person shooter with some features coppied from Max Payne 2 (such as the bullet-time, the weapon menu etc.). But this game has pretty good graphics for 2006 and it's very fun.
