Played it for the first time at my brothers this past weekend. I am a huge fan of CoD4 and held out on getting WaW and I'm kind of glad I did. I enjoy CoD4 multiplayer much more and I am a huge Left 4 Dead fan boy and don't think Nazi Zombies holds a candle to L4D.

I've been trying to get a WW2 type game for the longest, I never got a chance to get any of em, but I got COD4 basically when it came out (was a fan of the cod series just never got a chance to get most of they games), its a classic to me only problem is it was Modern day, I played cod 2 afterwards and i kinda wasnt into it like I was with cod4, but maybe cause that was the demo idk, and cause of that I been kinda hesitant on getting this. I'm going to get it but not right away

This has to be one of the most aggravating games Ive ever played. Im on the second mission at the point where your calling in air strikes for the second time and I blow up the bunker off to the right but everyone keeps telling me to blow up the line of enemies to the left yet everytime I try nothing works and they re-spawn over and over again. **** this is irritating to no end, anyone know what Im talking about and can provide more specific instructions as to how the hell Im supposed to get past this part?

I have to ask, did anyone here actually enjoy the single player part of the game? If your answer is yes, what difficulty did you play it on? I knew going in that this game want anything special but figured it would provide for a decent time and give me trophies on top of it but boy was I wrong. Everything about this game is pure garbage, or atleast on vet difficulty it is. Your AI squadmates are so dumb I dont know how they were trusted with a gun in the first place, the CPU has what appears to be an endless supply of grenades and the like as I cant avoid these things if my life depended on it. I am so dumbfounded that beating missions on vet is worth a pathetic bronze trophy when in reality it should be worth closer to gold, I mean the level of bull**** you have to wade through just to try and fool yourself into thinking your having a good time is so gigantic that you almost have to have your head examined for even trying.

My level of frustration is so off the charts right now that Im surprised I havent launched my PS3 out the window. Im not normally a trophy whore, and to be honest am only playing this since I havent gotten much in the way of trophies in awhile thanks to The Show, but this game should have never been published. Im not normally the type that just completely rags on a game but if I could punch the developer of this steaming pile in the face just once it might make it worth the time and effort of playing it on vet in the first place.

My hats off to anyone that sat through this game and beat it on vet because I dont see how its possible.

i feel u though man. i still play it sometimes but nowhere near as much when i first got it. i never been into WW2 games but i figured i would give it a try. well this game sucks compared to part 4.

the guns stink. endless grenades. half the perks suck and u dont get the good ones until u reach the mid to late 30's. half the stages are terrible (i have not played the new ones). this game needs Jesus.

Playing only on hardcore it seems I see the alot of the same guys so I didn't think alot of people bought map pack 1.

I do not buy a whole lot of games so an additional 10 bucks is not too much to pay for some additional time killing before MW2.

I cannot play core team deathmatch anymore....It's pretty much the same except you don't need stopping power or juggernaut because they are pointless and never, ever have martyrdom on or your teammates will bitch at you because friendly fire is. Oh yeah and no tanks which I do not mind. I'll add you and see if you want to play sometime.
