    Good Co-Op Games

    Anybody have any suggestions for good games featuring co-op, offline preferably? Is R6: Vegas online co-op only?

      Some will say Halo 3 but I have not played it. I did play doom co-op online on xbla and it was fun.

                  I thought RB6 was the most fun co-op. Gears comes close though.

                                              No you could play split-screen with 2 players on 1 360. That's what I meant by it being local.

                                                      If you're into Military shooters, I'd suggest Close Combat First to Fight. It's not the most popular game in the world, but I loved it alot. Think Ghost Recon with Squad commands like Rainbow Six. I had a blast with that one when it came out on XBOX.

                                                          The ones I remember:

                                                          Gears - Good entertaining co-op, berserkers own.
                                                          R6 - Pretty good coop, but not quite as fun as Gears IMO.
                                                          GRAW - Sucked compared to R6. Bad framerate and it feels soo much different than the single player.
                                                          Halo3 - Never been a huge fan but the coop is pretty fun.
                                                          Blazing Angels - I don't like that game very much. Im a stickler for good frame rate.
                                                          Kameo - It can be fun if you like that sort of thing, puzzles and whatnot.
                                                          Marvel - I enjoyed it, the only co-op that we played through the whole thing aside from Gears.
                                                          Splinter Cell Chaos Theory - If it's backwards compatible, I dunno if it is, but it was my favorite one for the XBOX.

                                                          Also, check out this game coming out called Borderlands. It was in Game Informer a while back and it's built as a cross between Diablo and a co-op FPS. There was supposed to be like 500,000 weapons to collect. I don't know of the status of it but I assume it's still coming out.
