It's 20 bucks at EB, I know I'm gonna get it for when I have a 'stressfull' day...I can just beat the crap out of some pedestrians

SoE is a CLASSIC rental game, play it for an hour of two and then you'll be bored as hell, but it's fun for that first hour.

It all depends on if it the improvements will make it worth the $20. They were supposedly going to fix some of the nagging problems of the PS2 version.

They also added some Xbox exclusives, and cleaned up some of the grpahical glitches. If it actually releases for $20 I will pick it up. Looks like Rockstar is just trying to salvage something from their advertisement losses from the PS2.

SoE was the most overrated game of 2002, hands down. A pile of sh*t that I wouldn't take if someone gave me the game and $20.

Well no offence to PK but fighting games do not exactly need to have much of a plot or story to make me enjoy it. They never said this would be GTA type material. Just one big gangfight.

That said what hampers the game is the mission are redundant and required little to no skill.

Now to the credit of Rockstar they were able to have over 200 people on the screen fighting. All this w/o the PS2 being set on fire from work overload.
