You still have to go into your history and choose 'Download again'. You don't actually have to download everything again it'll only take a couple of seconds for each,it's just the lisences. That's what I had to do anyway...it still took a long time.

You don't have to redownload them to play them if you are connected to Xbox Live, but if you aren't connected you can't play them unless you redownload them. You still have licenses but they won't play unless you are connected.

I bought the Modern Warfare Edition because of the 250G hd that they said they wouldn't sell individually, anyway I redownloaded all my songs 16G worth so I could play them if I lost my internet connection. Well my disc drive went out and i sent it in for repair and didn't get the same one back so I didn't download this time because it's too much trouble.

Also if you install any games to you hard drive you can only play them from the hard drive on the machine you installed them from and I installed about 15 games on the MW one and had to reinstall them on the new one so that really stinks and there should be something easier for the customer.

Ah-ha, there's the clarification. I am hardly ever connected to XBoxLive so that probably explains it. And I agree, it seems like there should indeed be an easier way of transfering everything over for the customer who is not always connected online.

            Hey gang,

Not only is Serj Tankian returning with 2 more solo tracks (in addition to the previously released Beethoven's C*** and his System of a Down tracks), but we've got two artists hitting Rock Band for the first time next week! The Used will be rocking a 3 pack, and Smash Mouth bring a family friendly single to the table! Dig in!

Available on Xbox 360 and Wii (April 13) and PlayStation 3 system (April 15):

            Serj Tankian – “Empty Walls”
Serj Tankian – “Sky is Over” +
Smash Mouth – “All Star” +
The Used – “Blood on My Hands”
The Used – “Born to Quit”
The Used – “The Taste of Ink”

(All tracks are original master recordings)

These tracks will be available as individual tracks on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system, and as individual tracks only on Wii. Tracks marked with “+” will also be available for download in the family-friendly LEGO® Rock Band Music Store.

            Price:
$1.99 USD, £.99 UK, €1.49 EU (160 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) per track
$5.49, £2.49 UK, €3.99 EU (440 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) for “The Used Pack 01”
            $2.00 USD (200 Wii Points™) per track

** Dates for Rock Band game tracks are tentative and subject to change. **

For nostalgia purposes and the family's interest as well, I'll probably pick up All Star.

Yeah All Star is a solid choice.

I have been listening to the new Slash album quite a bit. Would be a nice album to have in game for guitarists. I think the Fergie song is probably my favorite at this point, which is kinda embarrassing lol. Oh, and the song with the Maroon 5 guys sucks, but at least Lemmy is right after that, so it evens out.

I think Slash is still with GH. 2 songs from that album will be in GH 6.

That sucks. I just can't play GH anymore. I've ranted about it enough, but I'm RB or bust now.

GG&HT on hard is probably my favorite song to play on the drums. My best in 99% with a 2200+ note streak.

I'm a huge fan also. I had some kind of ridiculous streak like that one time when I did it on hard, but I can't keep up that kind of pace on expert. Towards the end I get prone to missing some of the double kicks. Fatigue I guess.

Last night I played "Let There Be Rock" (the disc, studio version) for the first time. How on earth can anyone keep up with that pace for so long? I can do it for maybe a minute, but after that, my arm just gets fatigued and I was just hitting every other cymbal beat. Maybe it's a technique thing for me? Ramblin Man or any other type of song like that give me fits. I can pass them, but no way can I hold a combo.

Another good example would be the blue cymbal sequence during the first guitar solo. I can nail those when they start, but I can't do it the entire time.

The Live version of Let There Be Rock is nearly the same chart at double speed and for a few minutes longer.
