I actually wasn't even going to get this game. After playing the beta and everyone on my squad wanting to be Rambo, I stopped playing. Every time I played I got some jackass that was all for him self.

Anyway, maybe I'll pick it up and see if I can get more into it by playing with some guys on OS.

the interesting thing is when you start, I think you can only do traing and suppression modes. *** you rank up other modes open up. They should help players from being overwhelmed when they get into the big games.

I couldn't get training mode to do anything, just took me to another screen where the only option was the back button .... am I missing something?

I'd really appreciate a comprehensive training mode/tutorial. I hate learning how to play while I play online. I know it's at least somewhat necessary, but this game can seem way over my head at times.

I don't think it was activated during the beta. But, I agree about training mode. That is one reason why I really loved Warhawk.

Kil, the training and suppresion modes were never turned on in the beta. I personally think they should have had them on because most people were so overwhelmed in the beta.

I felt like this a little in the beginning. I started getting into as I went on but, whenever I would play MW and then play this, I felt like I was starting over all the time.

The vibes I'm getting from this game have turned very positive the past couple days. Seems like the guys who really got into it, REALLY got into it ... like, there's a possibility this game could be the "next big thing." Sure you get a lot of "this game sucks" posts, but I get the sense that the guys who put the time in to understand the game really, really like it, whereas the "this game sucks" crowd mostly consists of people who played it for five minutes.

Nope, I was in the first round of Closed Betas and canceled my pre-order after playing. I had enough of the bickering the squads i was in would go through. Half the time no one listened anyway. Turned me off of this game for good.

After watching some more vids on GT I'm def getting this next week. It's not COD, it's a whole different type of game.

Am I assuming correctly that we are getting a clan together? I'm interesting in getting OS Vets clan together.

I'm still on the fence. I'll probably buy it, though. Nothing until Heavy Rain for me anyway, might as well. At the very worst it can kill some time until HR and BFBC2; at best, maybe I'll fall in love with it.

this game is way to big for one. They had a open beta a couple of weeks ago.
