But it looks like Too Human, Mercenaries 2, Far Cry 2, Fable 2, and Guitar Hero World Tour (this is a maybe) I will not be purchasing. Too many games, not enough time or money. Even Ghostbusters is looking good too and COD:WAW. I may end up joining Gamefly this fall and hopefully I can play the ones that I can't buy.

Edit: I forgot about Little Big Planet which is also in October. I really want this one too, I may have to whack something off the list. LOL!

EDIT - removed Ghostbusters, I'm doubting it hits this year now. I'll also only end up with one NBA game, still deciding on that one. Games on my short leash to be not purchased would be TNA Impact, Need for Speed Undercover, Mirrors Edge, Call of Duty, and Midnight Club. There's a good chance I could only get one of those if any at all.

EDIT2- Bye Facebreaker...terrible demo, which equals I'm guessing TERRIBLE game, at least it's $50 back in my pocket..for a few seconds.

I'm probably going to buy Madden 09 a couple of days after release to allow for OS impressions and make sure there isn't some game-killing bug.

I'll buy Rock Band 2 (game only) on release date. My wife and I are talking about having a "Rock Band party" that weekend.

I'll ask for SW: Force Unleashed and maybe Facebreaker (depending on how I like the demo) for my birthday in late October.

I think I'm going to pass on the NBA and NHL games this year. There's enough CAP slots in NBA 2k8 to allow for decent roster updates, so I'll probably just do that. I won't have time to play a hockey game.

I'm seeing lego batman mentioned more than once. Any of the past lego games worth playing? And if so what are these games like? Always thought they might be made for younger kids so never read any reviews.
