Wow, what a great game. Beat it last night on hard. Thought the boss fights could have been a little better but everything else was almost perfect. Found all the Riddler challenges except for 6 of the Joker Teeth ones.

Game could have got M rating . Defiantly on the darker side in parts. Not to mention Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn's outfits.

Would like to see Rocksteady take a crack at other superhero games with how well they put this one together.

Really loved that Scarecrow part where the game acted liked it froze, went to black and started the opening cutscene again with Batman being taken in instead. Nice touch with the use the middle stick to avoid the Joker's gunfire thing as well . Of course when it first froze I thought I was getting the RROD or something else was wrong with my system.

finished it off this morning. the boss fights were okay, and in general the game was a little on the easy side (on normal), but for a father of a 13 month old, it was perfect. it took about 8 hours to finish, wasn't too hard, but wasn't too easy, either, good atmosphere, good storyline, brisk pace, just perfect.

GOTY? maybe.

Can one change the difficulty while you have already started the game or only at the initial setup?

You can only change difficulty at the initial setup if I remember correctly.

I'm sure you'll be able to make it through on any difficulty as long as you are patient. Some parts on hard are a little ridiculous though.

this is game is worth a purchase, never mind rental, I will say I'm a Batman junkie, so this game we be in my little library of games for ever, I refuse to give this up. Only because if there is a sequel, I want this one to stay around.

Hell yes and if your a big Batman fan I would say buy it. It is a little short if you rush straight through it but if you take your time and try to find all the Riddler Challenges it will be longer. I know when I beat it I was disappointed but not because of the game but because I wanted to keep going.

Also, I got a question about that Armoured Batman you unlock when you beat the game. Can you use the suit if you play through the story again?

Nah, challenge mode only.

Damn, that sucks. It would have been cool if they had unlockable or downloadable suits and extras to use on a second playthrough.

Playing the Challenge Mode levels are pretty fun though. Anyone get a 100 or higher ranking on the leaderboards? The highest I have is I think in the 4000's.

Beat it tonight and I was very impressed with everything about the game. The way batman gets torn up through out the story really adds a nice touch that your are progressing through a story like you would see in a movie.

One of the best game I have ever played. This and uncharted rank among my top three with out a doubt.

The Shock and Awe (Extreme) Challenge Mode is tough as ****ing ****. I can get the score for the three medals easy, but getting all those guys down before time runs out is ridiculous.

Anyone notice any little things or something everyone else might not know in this game (easter eggs, cool moves, etc.)?

I got a couple.

1. Ledge Takedown - If you hang on a ledge and wait for a bad guy to walk by you can press Y and pull off a Splinter Cell style move on the ledge.

2. Action Camera - When your aiming a gadget with L Trigger to use on a bad guy like the Batclaw or Batarang you can press RB and it will switch to this nice camera that follows the weapon as it goes toward the guy.
