Blockbuster deal

They've got a deal on now,at least in Canada where you can trade 4 last gen games or 2 360 games (didn't say anything about PS3 or Wii) and get get a new game free. It only applies to a few games,I don't remember them all but there was Fable II,Fallout 3 for sure and I think NHL 09. There were 2 or 3 more,Saint's Row 2 maybe.

Are there any limitations? Otherwise I'll go buy MLB 2k7 or some other old 360 game for 5 bucks and trade it in lol

Probably but it didn't say anything about that on the sign. I think THEY need to sell it for $20 so that means something you'd normally get $10 for.

Tiger Woods 09

Here's the catches:

You can trade in 2 360 games that get re-sold for $30,meaning you'd normally get $20 for them. This trade 2 is only for 360 games,apprently it was something Microsoft did or paid for or whatever so it doesn't apply to trading in PS3 games.

You can trade any 4 others on any other system that get resold for $15,meaning you'd normally get $10 for them.

So basically you'd be getting $20 more on your trade-ins + saving the tax you'd be paying if you bought them.

BB gives the most money for trades. I wish this deal was in Florida but it is not.

It's still not clear. What if I trade in Mass Effect? That game gets $2 from EB games. Would ME count, or does it have to be a game of more value? Not many games are worth more than 20 bucks for trade in.

This seems like you basically have to trade in NHL 09 and Tiger Woods 09 to get Saints row 2. I get what they are trying to do, but what older games are you going to get 20 bucks for? Maybe Halo 3 or something.

No you don't have to trade NHL 09 and Tiger Woods 09,those are the games you can trade FOR.

C&C 3 was qualified so I would guess most stuff after that. It also depends on how many the particular store has I believe. Rock Band 1 was $22 when I traded that in before they had this deal but there's probably tons of them now.

They had 3 other games + the previous ones available to trade for when I got RB 2 there. Gears 2,Force Unleashed and Call of Duty WaW.

It's better than what I hear about Gamestop giving you $15 for it and then selling it for $54.99.
