Yeah, I don't think we have any idea considering it won't be a normal update... I believe Capcom is updating it themselves today.

I wasn't big into the old games (sucked at fighting games and got frustrated getting killed over and over), but I'll probably check this out for the nostalgia factor. The graphics look really pretty now and from the looks of that article, they made it a little friendlier and more balanced.. should be fun playing against my friends offline. I haven't played a good ol' button-mashing fighting game in a while -- it'll be nice to have an analog for once instead of smashing my thumbs to bits on pointy SNES control pads.

The analog is just downright terrible for a game like this. PS3's d-pad and sore gamer thumb is part of the fun!

There's a really nice-looking gameplay - type shot of Ryu and Sagat on the backdrop of the Capcom store, if you need something to gawk at while waiting for the game.

BTW, to get there go to games, and then "by publishers". You'll see the Capcom section there - for some reason they took it off the front page, unless it shows up randomly in one of the feature boxes.

Well the 360 gamepad is absolutely terrible and I always hated doing the Zangief-type moves on a gamepad anyway... it's just easier for me to do the fireball motion with an analog and it doens't chew up my fingers. Like I said, I'm not a huge fan of fighting games in general, so I'm probably not able to do most of the moves that really require a gamepad to pull off accurately/quickly.
