Damn, those are some sweet prizes. That kid didn't seem nearly grateful enough.

I'm old enough to remember that I was already too old for that show when it was on TV.

Thats what im saying!! A neo-geo back then was like 600$. i used to dream about that system. each game was $200. add to that a cool keyboard and tons of games and the only thing topping those prizes is winning the Nickelodeon Toy run. Remember that?? Ahh the good ole days

Oh god, I loved that show. Having a chance to participate in the prize round, grabbing as many games as I could, was the equivalent of a wet dream to me at age six or so lol.

I've never seen this show before, or at least I don't remember it.

Was the idea that this crazy guy (pictured below) would kidnap kids from their parents and lock them in a cage. (pictured below)

Would he also torture them by making them watch other kids play video games that they weren't allowed to play?

That's what I got from the video.

I was more of a Nick Arcade, kid.

Loved me some Video Power. Man, I haven't heard anyone bring up that show Starcade in a while. I was like in 1st and 2nd grade when that show was on. LOL
