Hit me with your Zelda impressions

I stuck mine in to make sure it worked fine then I took it out. Going to hold off playing it till Saturday so I can get a good6+ hour marathon to start it.

No spoilers of course.

I have played for about 2 hours and all is well. The beginning starts out a little slow like any normal adventure game. Once you get to the first "Dungeon" it is classic Zelda and any fan of the series will love it.

it's pretty nice brent...i think you'll dig it. specially if you love ocarina...same control scheme. The cel-shading works really sweet. You'll love it. Looks so damn pretty, i bet it'll look gorgeous on your TV, i haven't hooked it up to the uber-stuff because i'm too lazy..but in a nutshell it's pretty, plays real well, controls are great ntm the story...so that's it in a nut shell. Oh yeah it has GoTY written all over it

Exactly..This is what video games are all about. It is a must have for GC owners. I am in the first dungeon and it's pure video game fun. I'm loving it.

Well I have played the game for about an hour and I can say without a doubt, 50% of the Americans will hate this game.

In other words, if you are a liberal, avoid this game at all costs. Heck, its my freaking birthday and all I am doing in the game is working. Bring item X to person Y - yada yada, yada...... Where is my vacation or unemployment pay?

Then to top it all off, I find my self being forced to cut down more trees than one can imagine. I think Nintendo has a hidden agenda.









In all honesty the game is great so far - the "cartoony" graphics are great(i love this style of graphics). The camera is VERY good and VERY easy to get use to. Moving the camera almost seemed natural.

If it wasn't for NASCAR, this game might be the only game that would get any time from me for a while.

How so?

The controls and gameplay are just an extension of the N64 Zelda titles. KH pretty clearly ripped off it's control and gameplay style from those Zeldas as well.

So, yes, I am reminded of KH. But I'm more reminded of Zelda.

How so?

The controls and gameplay are just an extension of the N64 Zelda titles. KH pretty clearly ripped off it's control and gameplay style from those Zeldas as well.

So, yes, I am reminded of KH. But I'm more reminded of Zelda.
