I have to agree with this. A headshot should be a headshot.

MP is still fun but people take too many hits.

It's not my favorite MP, but I still enjoy playing it.

        Re: Uncharted 2 (PS3)

The need to shoot 6 bullets to kill is my biggest complaint for the MP by far.

THere is a crushing mode, where u'll need 2 shots to kill someone, but it's not part of the quickmatch rotation. So you need to get 8-10 people ina party and set that game.

Very inconvenient.....I hope a game update will make the crushing mode into the rotation. Because as far as I'm concerned, the game MP beautiful levels, any sort of strategy, good shootouts are wasted due to this problem.

like fishepa, that's why COD is so good. Everything is tense, one little mistake DEATH. Now i can wander around, get shot twice in the chest and perform a roll to get out of trouble or get shot at 3 times, duck under cover rinse and repeat , then have someone empty their clip from behind you.

Takes a lot of the variety of the MP away IMO.

Yeah, i haven't even touched MP yet, just got this game as a single player game and I may check out MP later on...

COD and whatnot the SP is fun, but this is much more compelling story-wise and action aspects (all games like this are on rails, but the puzzles are fun).

              Re: Uncharted 2 (PS3)

The shooting in the MP is the same as it is in the SP. If you shoot them in the head they die with one shot. But, it is difficult to shoot them in the head, you have to be more precise than in other games. The reticule must be perfectly aligned on their head to get one. Also, once you reach level 14 you can unlock the "Down the Irons" booster (perk) that will greatly increase your accuracy to pull them off frequently.

How many treasures are people finding when completing the game? They made that much harder this time. Even though there are 100 treasures instead of 60, I think I'm going to end up with less treasures when completed unless there is a crapload of treasures down the stretch.

I love the game though! I'm trying not to beat it too fast so I keep switching up games. I never did rebuy 1 but I think I will so I can get all treasures there too
I am a single player first then occasional online. I get turned off a lot with online when the game has upgrades etc.. I just don't get online enough to keep up. By the time I get online I am fighting guys with nuclear missiles while I'm shooting a daisey BB guns... lol

At least it feels that way...
Lol, totally agree. Once in while I get the urge to hop online, and I'm so outranked by these guys who apparently have nothing but time on their hands it's ridiculous. It's still fun in bursts, but like you, I'm mainly a single player guy. Once I get back from work meetings next week, I'm either going to start playing through on Crushing, or go back through individual levels on hard to try and get all the treasures.

Honestly I think making the guns like AK take 2 shots to kill and practically make the FAL the M16 1 burst kill would ruin this game. That's the point of picking up other guns. It really doesn't take all that long to kill someone. Guns have their weak points and strong points.

                      ^^^

it won't ruin the game because this mode
( 2 shot kills) is already in the game. Crushing Mode.....

it'd just be nice if it was part of the regular quickmatch rotation.

options are good...so u can play in regular mode and me and others can stick with crushing.

They are harder this time around.

I found four treasures in the beginning, no problem. Since then, in two hours of play, I have found none. And I'm trying to look in every corner, around the bend, behind trees, and I'm not seeing anything.

Didn't have this much trouble in 1. I've gotten to the point that I don't care to look for them anymore. I'm a bit bummed that I didn't get the money upgrade because I beat Uncharted 1 before trophies came out.

I should have this game on Tuesday. Hopefully I won't be as disappointed as I was with the first one.

Beat it today, couldn't exactly keep myself to that 3 chapters a day thing.

That's okay, because I think crushing difficulty is going to prove even more challenging than UC1's.

The ones in Uncharted 2 are kind of in weird locations, simply because some of them are in areas where "treasures" simply wouldn't be. They may be on top of a moving train or somewhere you can only grab it while swinging a rope.

There are also three that I have seen that I've found to be inaccessible from my location where I saw them. Two of them were in Chapter 3 and one of them was in Chapter 19 I think. I'll have to go back and find them, but honestly I only have like 20 of them through about 20ish chapters so I still have a long way to go.

Just beat the game and it was a very entertaining game. Treasures were hard to come by, I think I found maybe somewhere in the teens.
