These updates are going to be very cool. Seeing guys running around as Helghast Soldier's or even the Chimera will be funny. LOL!

        Re: Uncharted 2 (PS3)

Beat the game last week. I didn't see what all the hype was about after the first couple chapters, but as soon as I got to Urban Warfare I couldn't put the game down. Just a great game all around, it was hyped up a lot before I started playing, and yet it still excedeed all my expectations.

Enjoy! As a stoner friend of mine once said while listening to stairway to heaven "It's like a journey".

I just downloaded the Uncharted part I demo. Wow. I only play sports games but this game is fun as hell. I suck, I can't aim to save my life.

Practice makes perfect. I recommend not missing out on Drake's Fortune and Uncharted 2.

Just rented Uncharted 2. This game is sick. Just passed Urban Warfare, gonna call it a night. I won't get to finish, it's due back tomorrow night.

Does any of this new content include new solo levels? Did I miss any new levels in DLC?

DLC is for MP, at least for now.

Man the damn single player is addicting. I just got around to starting it Wednesday and I'm almost done with it. I sat there for hours yesterday playing and each time I was getting ready to stop I'd get sucked into the story more. And for the first time in a while w/ a game, I actually want to play through parts of it again to find all the treasures

Totally agree. It's kinda like a movie or good tv series where you are slowly fed plot points and just don't want to stop watching but it's even better because you are controlling the lead character.

After getting this game on day one, I finally beat it. It took about 12 hours of play total even after going nice and slowly through it, so I may try it on Crushing some time.

Overall, U2 was much more robust than U1. It showed a lot of different kinds of ways to be epic and delivered in a movie fashion for the most part. Its story didn't stay very tangible at times though, and I feel it overdid it at times. It's not to say that this game ever really had a "realistic story" per se, but they took it to new levels with this one, and this time I think I liked those unrealistic aspects less this time around. Puzzles were good, but were few and far in between.

I absolutely hated the invincible enemies (or close to, at least). The camera and controls sometimes didn't work very well with what I was trying to do when taking on dozens of guys, but every time I was done with it, it certainly felt rewarding.

What a great franchise nonetheless. I only wonder how it is Naughty Dog will step it up again for Uncharted 3.

EDIT: Oh, and it took me about ten times or so to beat the last level. The first time I was just about done instantly, but I accidentally dropped off a ledge when I thought there was something below me. Then I hit a rough patch where just nothing right was going for me. I finally got it, and strangely it was with one more bullet left. Felt almost too perfect.

I think they can out do the second game by fixing some of the issues that you mentioned and getting a little more cohesive story. It was still n excellent game though.
