The game seems great from what i have watched from the stream on justin tv. Im looking forward to playing this game with 5.1 system surround.

I didn't know Tali was a love interest either. That vid made me mad though. All that suspense and no satisfaction.

IGN Review - 9.6

Games like Mass Effect 2 don't come around often enough. Look at any aspect and you can be sure it's great. It's incredibly personal while still retaining a sense of epic sweeping scale. The combat and mission design are outstanding. The visuals, voice acting, soundtrack, and direction are miles ahead of the competition. Perhaps most impressively, Mass Effect 2 manages to fulfill its incredible ambition while only suffering from very few technical hiccups. The only real caveat I should mention is that some of the revelations and plot twists won't be quite as powerful if you haven't played Mass Effect 1, but that isn't any reason to skip this fantastic videogame.

Good to hear that the initial reviews are very positive.

I'm hesitant to actually read them (I don't want to know anything about the story/features of this [or Bioshock 2]), and since the original game is probably my favorite Nextgen game I'd buy the game regardless but it's always nice to see that folks liked it.

Hopefully it will earn a place next to ME1, Bioshock, Uncharted 2, and Fallout 3 on my Nextgen podium.

Yah the Tali thing was common knowledge far as I know. If it was in a preview/vid then I wouldn't put spoiler tags around it.
