    Release Date: March 3, 2009

    About The Game

In Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard, videogame action hero Matt Hazard gets his chance to prove once and for all that he is the king of shooters when the new owner of mega game publisher, Marathon Megasoft, gives Matt his comeback role starring in a new title for next-gen consoles that pits him against all of his memorable foes from videogames past. In the world of Eat Lead, however, everything stops being a game and becomes reality when it is clear that someone is using the new game to bring about Matt’s death once and for all. Who is Matt Hazard and where had he been that he is returning from?

LMAO, this game is hilarious. The first level jab at Metal Gear cracked me up. Good stuff here, easy achievements (and assuming trophies).

Definitely didn't remember this game was coming out this soon. Time sure is flying. I'll definitely put this on a try before I buy.

          IGN Review - 5.2

Neil Patrick Harris, videogame-themed jokes, easy Achievements, and Will Arnett? I wanted Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard to be good, but it just didn't happen. It's not bad, but it's nothing you need to be paying $60 for. The story isn't there, the gameplay is tedious, and there's nothing visually exciting about this one. There are a few laughs here and there and some Achievement padding, but this has "bargain bin" written all over it.

Terrible review IMO. Not saying this is a 8.0 even, but they just bashed it. It's a damn fun game for me, and I've been laughing at most of the jokes.

            Plus, it's not a $60 game

How much is it? I don't even focus on those video game reviews anymore personally. There are so many games that go against the grain that get hit for not being this and that. It gets tiring as you get older to keep going for the same type of thing. Half of those guys have an agenda themselves.......

                It's $50

Rent it, give it a shot. It's funny, and pretty fun to play. It's not the end all be all, but you can tell away it doesn't try to be.

I take it all back, the game sucks. Got to a boss that is next to impossible to beat. Too frustrating, too glitchy, game is going back. Not terrible, but the boss just is so out of place, and so confusing and difficult to beat.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea gone wrong or just wasn't a good idea to begin with. They were obviously aware of most of the games flaws to the point the main character points them out but to some extent that's supposed to be the humor in it. Making fun of doesn't equal making it fun.

I'm suprised it took EG to get to a boss to be frustrated. I'm guessing it's the RPG one that I didn't get to because I quit at the start of that level,he said "This is rediculous" at wich point I myself said "yes, yes it is" and turned it off.

Seemed to have some potential at least but most of the time it's just.... This could've been made better with simple cheat codes even. Too bad they're not allowed to make the cheat devices for 360.
