Re: Red Dead Redemption
both of yall will love the stranger missions/ outfit missions then (maybe you already know this lol)... better than story mode.
just have a game with a 1000 random occurences and i'm good.
I spent 6 hours doing absolutely nothing last night... just roaming aroundLast edited by RubenDouglas; 05-23-2010, 12:20 PM.Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
That's exactly the way I am. I could care less for Western's really but I'm in love with this game. I guess it helps that I'm a die-hard GTA fan but I actually really enjoy the setting in this game. I love just walking through the towns for some reason.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Re: Red Dead Redemption
This is exactly how I play this game. I have only done maybe 2 or 3 SP mission. All my time is spent in Free Roam. I'm addicted to free roamSo far I'm having more fun just running around finding bounties, killing animals, and looking for "random" events than I am actually doing missions and going through the story.
Then even when I'm going to do a mission I get side tracked by a "random" event or hunting some deer that just started running off, etc, etc. Can't keep myself on track; keep getting pulled into something else. The poster formerly know as "FLIGHTWHITE"Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
About one of the stranger missions....
SpoilerThere was one I got when I was in Armadillo by the Marshall's office where a lady was crying and asked me to find her little boy. I went to the purple circle marked on the map where I was supposed to go and found a shoe and a puddle of blood but no body. Now it says the mission is "Inactive" in my journal. I'm guessing there's still more to this mission?Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Don't know if anyone else has tried this or not, but being the western game loving guy I am:
The Apartment for Purchase in Armadillo on the second level, where you hitch your horse below, I figured I'd try a real western move... jump from the balcony onto your horse. Awesome, lol. I didn't figure it would work, but it did. I was amazed they let you do that.
