I finally tried multiplayer and it sucked. I had a ****ty gun and I just kept getting killed over and over and couldn't do or go anywhere; on top of that everyone else had all the best weapons. What the hell is the point?

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Playing alone online for the first time I'd feel the same. But its a lot of fun if you get some friends together and form a posse.Comment

Buffalo:
Spoiler
I saved right before I massacred them. Threw a stick of dynamite in the heard and picked the rest off with the rifle dedicated to them. Once I got the trophy, I reloaded and they were all back again. You feel horrible one minute and forget that feeling the next.Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Try taking on some of the hideouts yourself to upgrade your profile.
If there aren't to many people in Free Roam travel to part of the map without anyone around.
You gain experience points faster doing stuff yourself anyway.Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Man, I'm pretty sad. I figure I'm really close to finishing the game, but I want it to continue. I haven't even had my 360 plugged in for a week or so, but I figure I'll hook it up in the next day or two to finish the game.
I do have a question though, as I said I'm very close to beating the game I believe, so I wouldn't open if you haven't beat the game...
SpoilerI am at the point where I already got to beecher's hope and have 3 missions on my map currently. Abby, Jack, and Uncle. My question was if I had to do the missions in any specific order, because I don't want to accidentally miss out on any of them if you do.Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Does anyone think that we should have had the ability to actually create a farm? I mean, John talks about to Jack about having a great farm one day, but you can't even herd cattle unless its a mission.
I think this was the one thing Rockstar missed with this game. Would have been fun to buy a coral, pens, houses, animals, and farm workers. I wish they could somehow get this in. Imagine actually being able to make a farm bigger then the McFarlanes.Comment

That sounds fairly cool.
I'm sure there's going to be a sequel of some sort, and that could certainly be in it.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Yeah I really hope they give this some thought. Could be really fun and almost provide a game in it-self.
End game talk...
Spoiler
Does anyone know how Abigail died?
All I saw was her grave and the year she died.

All the main quests in the game are mapped out so that you can't miss any.Man, I'm pretty sad. I figure I'm really close to finishing the game, but I want it to continue. I haven't even had my 360 plugged in for a week or so, but I figure I'll hook it up in the next day or two to finish the game.

Re: Red Dead Redemption
As a note, though, I'd suggest doing it. It's one of the more interesting side quests.Comment
