Re: Red Dead Redemption
Why don't you turn it on and let it DL WHILE watching the WS? Then you don't need to be disappointed after you watch the Giants get pwned that your DL is going to take 3 hours to complete...coincidentally the same amount of time it takes to watch a baseball game.

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Yeah that's the plan although I won't be home. I'm catering the game at the in-laws. So I'll set it up before I head over there then set it to shut off like my man DDW suggested.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Re: Red Dead Redemption
IGN's review of the DLC is up.
How's a perfect 10 grab ya?
EDIT:
That shouldn't have been in the first game anyways. Fast Travel ruined the immersion, if you used it.Undead Nightmare encourages (well, sort of forces, I guess) you to go out and explore the wilderness with the removal of campsite fast travel.Last edited by Bellsprout; 10-27-2010, 01:27 PM.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Re: Red Dead Redemption
Exactly what I would have rated it. Like I said, EASILY the greatest DLC ever, and other than maybe Resident Evil 4, this is now my vote for greatest zombie game of all time.IGN's review of the DLC is up.

Re: Red Dead Redemption
I never used fast travel. I liked riding around on my trusty steed and experiencing all the random events.
The scenery is just too much awesomeness for me to skip.Comment

Agreed. The game is drop dead gorgeous. One of the best games ever created ... PERIOD!Ⓥ Boston Red Sox | Miami DolphinsComment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
BTW, just an FYI to everyone; you CAN fast travel, you just can't do it via campsite. Once you clear a town of zombies, it will become safe to sleep there. Once you go to the bed in your safehouse, you can travel to other towns from there. It's pretty obvious why the campsite travel was removed... you'd be a fool to set up camp out in the middle of nowhere during a zombie apocalypse.Comment
