Age Of Mythologies

My computer isnt good enough to run this game so it's annoying that I cant play it but Ive always wondered why they dont bring it out on the XBox. AOM is a Microsoft game....Microsoft XBox. I mean cmon. I hate not being able to play games because my PC isnt good enough.

That is why consoles are better than computers.

these kind of games suck on consoles. I could not imagine trying to play a building game with a controller.

He pretty much summed it up. Although I guess with Xbox Live there might be a little more value to the game since you would actually have the opportunity to play against other people, and it wouldn't just be a single player only game.

they've tried, I remember a sim city for SNES, but I can't imagine not using a mouse to move around...the controller would frustrate me to no end

As others have said, those types of games are just impossible on consoles. I tried to play Command and Conquer on the playstation, and it just frustrated me so much I quit after 30 minutes.

Cant be that difficult with a controller. You have the stick to move your cursor around and any button to act as the mouse button. Would be fairly easy.

Just annoying that people need to have state of the art computers to run most games.

have you ever played starcraft for n64? the controls are just plain horrid. you can't play it worth spit. on RTS games like that you won't enjoy it on a console. you need to have your mouse/keyboard combo.

I hear ya. I'm in the same situation with my laptop. I do play Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds/Clone Campaigns with it though and that's based on the same engine as AOM.
