Re: Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (DS)
Absolutely fantastic game. I have only played Grand Theft Auto III, San Andreas, and Liberty City Stories on the PSP, but I am having as much fun with this game as those three. It is amazing what they packed onto the DS. The city is as open as the console versions. The drug dealing could be a game in and of itself. I seriously wasted 4 hours yesterday on it. Buy low, sell high! The missions are Grand Theft Auto standard fare, but I have had more fun just exploring the city and dealing heroin and coke. The camera view is isometric (some call it top/down) like the PS1 and Game Boy advance titles, but the graphics are fantastic for a DS game. In fact, it's kind of fun having a more comic book style in this game v. the seriousness of the other GTA games. I would highly recommend it if you like the GTA series.

Admittedly I'm not the biggest GTA fan out there but I might give this a try.Currently Playing:

If you like GTA, its the best handheld version of the game to date. It's also one of the best DS games I've ever played.Comment

I'm not the biggest GTA fan either (I have a PS3, but didn't even by GTA IV), but I am really enjoying this.Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (DS)
Just picked it up.
Haven't played much yet, but so far, I've noticed the developers really did a good job of utilizing the touch screen.
I'm really looking forward to see how the story and gameplay unfolds.Comment

OK, the drug dealing in this game is addicting. I haven't done a mission in 3 days as I've just been driving around Liberty City buying and selling various narcotics, lol.
I'm really blown away by how much detail Rockstar was able to squeeze into this game.Currently Playing:

Re: Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (DS)
just picked this up last night. Never really played a GTA game before but am totally loving the start of this. I only did the first 2 or 3 missions, but this looks to be a blast. I really wanted a nice, story-based game for the DS for a change of pace.XBox Gamertag: djbeth77
