What game should I buy?

So my wife said I can get a game on Thursday when she gets paid. I only have the Show right now. I am dying to play something else. (even though I love the show) I have been looking through reviews and stuff like that, but I just can't decide. Hence the poll.

Only played the demo for Killzone 2 but It looks great. Either that or Resistance 2.

Just on weekdays....but seriously, some people know I have a little issue with spending money. I have bought a lot of expensive stuff without her permission. She never buys anything!!!! So out of respect I asked her if I could buy a game.

Left 4 Dead, Halo Wars, or Fable 2. That's what I'd go with.

The Wheelman has been pretty fun so far and it's only $44.99...in Canada at least.

I'd go with NHL 09. You should be able to find it at a decent price used (and if you are trading in any games, that will drop the sticker price even more). Between offline and online play, there's plenty there to keep you busy.

I would say Killzone 2 as well. Don't let the demo hinder your thoughts on this. I played the demo and wasn't too excited about it, but now that I bought it, I am having a fantastic time with it.
