I did that same thing minus the S videos hookups. When I get my wega, I'll pick up that 3-in-1 monster cable hookup for my consoles.

I have the Advanced HDTV pack for the xbox. The picture is still not as clear as I'd like. I wouldn't expect that on a projection screen though but I'd like to get the 3-in-1 for my PS2 because it looks horrible on my new tv with the regular video cables.

No I just change my mind alot. I wish I could explain it.

Between my purchases of Gamecube consoles (4), Dreamcast consoles (I think 6 or 7) and ATV Off Road Fury for the PS2 (around 10), I could have bought a small island.

Of course I would get bored of the island and sell it.

Just something to bear in mind. I have used an S-Video and Component Monster cable on my Wega with the PS2. Results will vary. The colors are definately crisper but you will increse your jaggies and flickering on such a set.

I have gone back with the standard hookup for the PS2 as I would rather reduce the flickering and jaggies over the color. S-Video for Gamcube (when I have it) and Component for Xbox.

There are both HDTV and non HDTV WEGAS.. I believe bdoughty told me before he has the non HDTV 36 inch version.
