No problem bro. I'm also in the market for a HDTV. Best Buy and Future Shop have some sweet deals at the moment. You can even finance with 12 or 24 equal payments/month, without any interest. I think Best Buy also offers a no payment, no interest plan. You pay an administration fee and an upcharge (depending on the length ot term.) Even more of an incentive to pick one up.

I work at a warehouse for a Best Buy that's a stone's throw away from the corporate HQ and we've been hearing these rumors of console price drops since about early December. I finally got to the point where I just figured it was just stupid small talk among people that got things rolling, but maybe there's some validity to it. We'll wait and see I guess.

Well this rumor looks to be true as the local SW Etc already has the signage for the discounted price. Saw them with my own eyes as they are hidden in the back waiting for announcement. Most companies do not blow thousands of dollars on signs for all their stores simply based on a rumor.
