Question on ps2 and xbox?

Ok this dude has a xbox and the other dude has a ps2 the dude with the xbox said that graphics are better then ps2 like nhl games baseball games but the guy with the ps2 said no your wrong because companys like easports dont want to make like 3 different games and make the xbox better there to lazy to do this is the guy with the ps2 right

I honestly don't understand a word you said but most X-Box games look better than PS2 games. It just depends on the developer if they intend to utilize the power of each to make them all look equally better.

You're potentially barking up the wrong tree here. Here is my answer tho. XBOX graphics are better then PS2 graphics, better framerate, more detail and this has nothing to do with gphx but bears mentioning the HD holds a lot more information then a measly memory card.

It is true that EA makes games for PS2 first but a lot of the other video game companies usually make the neccessary improvements for the Xbox games. Some companies actually have far more success with Xbox in terms of the online capabilities so in that regard XBOX is miles ahead of PS2.

The one thing is that PS2 has a good counter with the GTA series which for the longest time has been PS2 exclusive and the next games will be PS2 first.

All in all you can see the graphical difference but some people don't mind it too much. It's the far easier and accessible XBL that will eat away at the potential PS2 fanbase. I truly believe that MS will make online a vital part of their next gen console and if Sony doesn't answer back with a strong online initiative then MS will surge ahead in sales. I know that I will probably get the next MS console if Sony doesn't make strides in the right direction.

i was trying to say: the guy with the xbox said that graphics are better in games compared to ps2 but the ps2 guy said he was wrong because companys are to lazy to make it high power enless the game is just for xbbox then of course its going to be better

Well IGN has done numerous head to head comparisons and clearly shows that Xbox has better graphics then PS2. Even on EA games, so it is not like they make a straight port with no enhancements to the Xbox version.

So tell your PS2 guy he was wrong and if he needs an example simply have him look at the pics below.
