It depends on what you mean. Do you mean the clan tag stuff? If so I can help out there.

I think it is in the multiplayer options. I don't have the game anymore, but if I remember correctly that is where you can change it. Also you may have to unlock it.

For colors all you have to do is put the color name in the caln tag area.
                  Cyan Yllw etc..

I found this on yahoo answers

Simple change your clan tag to one of the following to achieve a certain effect:

[rain] --- gamertag flashes many colors
[move] - gamertag slides back and forth
[...] ----- an 'o' slides back and forth in your clan tag
[cyln] -- characters in your gamertag take turns flashing red; gives the appearance of a red line sliding back and forth
[cycl] -- like [rain], but slides across the characters in your gamertag
[****] ---- a '+' slides back and forth in your clan tag

Also, spelling one of many supported colors within your clan tag will alter the color of the text according to what you spelled. A few supported colors are red, blue, and cyan. Try abbreviating the name of other colors, and see if it works! For example, 'blck' might become the color black, not sure if this particular color is supported though.
