I just can't get into multi player. I beat the game already but multi player is just not fun for me at least. It has issues with lag and framerate and the controls feels a bit sluggish.

the single player game is fantastic and fun. I just cannot get into this multi player.

Might as well trade it in now that GS has the extra %50

don't have any frame rate or stuttering issues. I like being invisible and having someone walk and stop right in front of me. Easy knife kill.

So my friend just hooked me up with this game, brand new, for $30. If it had left-stick turning capabilities, I'd be ripping it open right now and playing it. Otherwise I'm considering turning it around for a profit as it's still unpackaged. What do ya'll think? I have so many games right now and the FPS genre isn't my absolute favorite, but you know.

I just wish they gave us the damn option to turn with the left stick, you know?

Blzer, I swear you are the only person alive who wants this option, lol. I'm pretty sure you'll never buy/play a console FPS because you can't seem to figure out how to control them.

LOL! I was thinking the same thing. I don't think I've ever seen a FPS where the left analog stick controlled your turning, but I could be wrong.

I'm just curious... I don't think I can remember the last time I saw that as an option.

Call of Duty, Battlefield, Medal of Honor, Halo, Gears of War. They patched it into SOCOM: Confrontation because of the number of complaints.

Back when on N64, heck even on PS2 with the Bond games, this is how it was. This is how it is in third person games like GTA and Red Dead. You don't turn your guy with the right stick.

And it's not a matter of getting used to them; I've done it before, to the point where it felt weird going back to left-stick turning. The problem was I wasn't good at it. I feel completely less advantageous doing this. I suck at it, I don't like the feel, and it becomes unplayable.

What's wrong with including the option? It's like omitting a southpaw option for lefties, or not letting you switch the shoulder and trigger buttons for shooting.

The day FPS games leave out the inverted Y-axis option, I'll stop buying them.

Haha pop in Call of Duty son, I'll kick your little ***.

But if I remove the shrink wrap on Killzone 3, I don't think I'll ever get a kill. I downloaded the demo and emptied entire clips on one bad guy at a time. My aim was brutal.

Note that an FPS is for some reason slightly different from a 3PS, like when you aim in Uncharted. Yet I'm not sure why. I don't like aiming that way in Uncharted either, but I can at least be slightly successful that way.

I can't stand inverted. I actually sold Infamous because I couldn't figure out how to change it to normal (or maybe it was normal and I use inverted? )
