PS2 problem

Has anyone ever had this problem with their PS2, like 20 mintues while playing, it just shuts off but the PS2 is still on because the red dot is still glowing

Not only has that never happened to me, I don't think I've even heard of that happening to anyone. DDE, only reading CDs/DVDs ... but not this.

Could be a short of some sort. You should definitely call Sony on this one.
