I say its between DAO and Borderlands. Played Uncharted 2 and MW2 also. Uncharted 2 just became Uncharted 1 with beter grahics IMO, go to an area, wait until all are dead, rinse and repeat. CODMW2 is great only because of Multiplayer. I LOVE DAO and it should be GOTY but it wont win it, especially with the love MW gets. Its jus like Halo, nothing will beat it out.

Multi-player is awesome, I wish the matches would go on forever I hate when they in, just so much ways to play the game.

I really thinks it's a no contest. Dragon Age is phenomenal. Great story, great action. A game that will actually last a couple hundred hours, not like most of those that you could finish in one sitting.

Lol, I have no problem with someone liking one game over another, but comments like this are just ignorant. Yes, the single player may be short, but the online gives it an infinate amount of replay.

Of course this also points to why I think there should be two categories: online GOTY and offline GOTY.

When I originally voted I hadn't played Dragon Age, but I'll admit that it's a pretty amazing game and deserves to be getting votes. With that being said, MW2 deserves its consideration as well. It's tough because they are both great for different reasons.

DAO has a much more engaging campaign. I love the dialogue and it keeps me wanting to continue the story. The actual combat isn't all that interesting to me though.

MW2 plays out like an action movie, so it's not really fair to compare an RPG's length to it. The story could've been a bit more tightly constructed, but overall it was entertaining. It's the combination of that, the awesome special ops mode, and multiplayer that makes it a great GOTY choice. It's a very well polished game.

Can we get a CO-GOTY lol?

Those two games shouldn't be in the same breath. It's unfortunate that most likely COD will be game of the year. I agree though, they're should be two categories for GOTY.
