KOTOR-Turn Based Combat?

I got so excited about NCAA 2004 coming out, I completely forgot about the new Star Wars game! I'm not the biggest SW fan in the world but Jedi Knight 2 was one of hte only PC games I ever played all the way through. I'm also not the biggest RPG fan, I can get into them if they are the right kind, but I haven't bought one since FF 7. I saw the commercial today and it looks like it's got a lot of action in it and it's not a turn based fighting system(please let me know if i'm wrong on this).

Anyway, I'm gonna pick it up sometime this week, it's just gonna be hard balancing my videogame time between this and NCAA 2004(i hardley get a chance to play any games, trying to play 2 will be hard!)

But all I really want to know(after all that typing) is if KOTOR is turn based fighting or not. It seems to be more of the Zelda Adventure/RPG than the classic RPG, but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance to anyone who answers this for me.

yeah turn based. I rented it and im torn between that and ncaa. I think i might just buy it in the future but with whats on the way for the box i dont see a time when id have a chance to play it. ncaa then madden, then pgr then maybe vice city and then halo 2 what to do.
