I might check out a MMORPG one of these days...haven't been huge into RPG's, but the money isn't that bad if you enjoy the game...hell, that's 4 drinks for those who go to a bar, nothing at all when you think about it.

Like I said, whatever twirls your beanie. If someone doesn't like RPG's, nothing will ever change their mind. If somebody thinks paying for games is nuts (I know lots of people that feel that way), nothing will change their mind.

I just consider it entertainment cost, not "game" cost. I actually pay $30 a month, because my wife and I can hang out for hours doing that. Rather than blowing wads of cash on overpriced amusement parks or whatever else they decide to make a cash cow out of, we can hang out at home (with 3 kids it's tough to get away very often) and spend $30 for as much "get away" time as we want.

When I was younger and single? Doubt it. I don't think I'd pay. But for people who just say "it costs money per month? No way!" without even considering WHY it does, I still think they're selling themselves short.

I can see where you are coming from TCrouch. My entertainment cost's already have LIVE,Cable and movie rentals. I have to draw the line somewhere...

I used to play those games hardcore. Played Everquest mostly then Anarchy Online for little then Dark Age of Camelot but they're so addictive and take up too much time. So no I'm not getting this game cause I don't wanna be addicted to another one.
