So if you were in charge of a game producer...

what games would you want to produce. Pretend that cost and licensing issues are not a factor. What games would you want your company to produce so you could play them? Here are mine:

A GTA-style Star Wars game, where instead of cars, you have spaceships. You could be a smuggler, a la Han Solo, with the Empire playing the role of the LCPD.

High Heat Baseball 2010 - Same game engine, just better graphics and presentation.

A Battlefield-style GI Joe game based on the comic books, not the cartoon or movie.

A Call of Duty or Gears of War-style Terminator game.

Grand Theft Auto: Cleveland - The old steel mills and the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame would make great locations for shootouts.

Rock Band: Alice in Chains - My favorite band. It would include Jerry Cantrell's solo songs and songs from Mad Season, Layne Staley's side project.

The Marvel Universe MMOARPG. That game would have been bananas. They could have recreated all the Marvel story lines.
Boy this habit is as bad as dope!!!

Like the idea of GI Joe since they have a very deep character set but I'd like it more in a 3rd person view in order to show off the characters.

Rock Band: System of Down... hell just a Rock Band or Guitar Hero Metal edition. Those are some of the more technical and hardest songs to play but instead we still get the NickelBlink 41's crap to download. Ugh.

      My ideas...

Wrestling game: Using Aki engine. Allows you to create wrestlers, managers, venues, titles, match types, etc and to file share with others so you can create your own wrestling brands. CAW would need to be very deep and immersive. Online options would have very deep stat keeping so that leagues/brands could have true ladder systems and so that in lobby matches you can see opponents tendencies. The game would have an online website where leagues/brands could be run and players could import highlights to give a true living feel.

3rd-person shooter: In the same vain as Gears of War but with MUCH BETTER online connections and RPG-like elements with leveling up, upgrades, etc. Also, players could customize their players to certain extents to give them more of their own personality.

Football game: Using the beloved 2K football engine but with animated sprites similar to the high-end, exaggerated cell shaded characters in Team Fortress 2, Pixar movies, etc (NOTE: Madden 10 for Wii slightly touched on the idea). The game would have some slight exaggerations with animation styles and such but the core gameplay would be very tight & simulation style. Gamers could customize teams, rosters, players, create leagues, import photos (for player faces), etc all with user sharing content to put all the power in the gamer's hands.

Epic-style war game: You've seen the LOTR's, 300's, Gladiators, Bravehearts, etc of the world yet no one has truly made a game to capitalize on the mayhem that is war. You are the general and must lead your massive armies into battle using both concepts from real-time strategy & hack-n-slash adventure games. The battles would take place on large maps and include upgrades to units and even vehicle type additions (riding large monster animals, horses, catapults, archers/snipers, etc). Such game modes could be: infiltration (attack/defend), all out war (open ended battle with multiple armies), kill the king (once the leader is dead the armies fall apart), etc.
