Is this problem happening in any other game? It sounds like it could be either the Eye or the Move, but I'm not sure which one is more at fault. If you can exchange both, I would. Otherwise, try the Move. I had that happen to me the other day while playing SOCOM for a little more than an hour. When I powered the move back on, the battery said I still had two bars. When I checked again 30 minutes later, I was down to one bar (and it was flashing). I'm starting to wonder if these move controllers are showing an accurate battery reading.
ok i give up... i tried playing again today and my move did the same thing 
i'm aiming right at the eye the entire time, and it works great for about 10 minutes now and then the move controller gets turned off and the message 'a motion controller is not detected' even when I power the move back on. The battery says full!
I don't know if the move, the sharpshooter, the eye? I bought them all in the package and need to return something?? I was thinking of just trying to exchange the move without anything else? Will this help?
