I don't know whether I feel bad for you, or if I'm jealous of your commitment.

Dude, i am so not the type of person if you seen me to play mmo's. I have this friend who is a bit nerdy and her and her hubby got me into this game. They bought the game for me and paid my subscription because i was like, there is no way in hell i would play this kind of game. Pay to play was NOT an option for me. Well, after that i had no excuses and once i learnecd to play i was hooked like a fish in a fishing tournament. lol. A lot of them hours played were afk with my character in a zone called Bazaar wher eyou set up a trader to sell your goods.

I did put in TONs of hours though i wont even lie. I am just so glad i didnt have any kind of responsibilities. Plus i get insomnia from time to time, so for months at a time i go on like 2-4 hours of sleep a day. So there was alot of time to game.

I used to play with this dude at night.

Hundreds and hundreds hours of play on CoD MW1, WaW, BFBC1, and working on a 42 hours (+ 44 on demo) of BFBC2 as we speak.

Single player: Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2

Multiplayer: BF: Bad Company 2

As you can tell, I haven't played many online games in my life.

Battlefield 1942/DC at least 200-300 hours. We would play it every weekend for 10 hours a day. Weeknights 3-4. Went to LAN parties, the whole thing. Just total crack for me for about 2-3 years.

Single player, it'll either be Oblivion, or the My Player mode in 2k10. I did two full 82 game seasons at about 10 mins per quarter on two separate characters. Went into season 2 with one character, but on my SF the save got corrupted(it was for the best). I also did more than half a season with a PF, countless Combine characters and two SGs through training camp.

I know I put better than 200 hours into Oblivion.

Multiplayer, it's the Street Fighter series and it's not even close. I couldn't even fathom a number.

Honorable Mention: I've played a LOT of Rock Band. I think the game gives me high scores on Expert Vocals just because I've been there so long.

Well, I've dropped about 430 hours into the Orange Box, 400 of which have been in Team Fortress 2. Kinda sad the game never caught on on 360 but there's still a small but nice group of people playing it.

The Halo series has also consumed a lot of my time. I played 2,332 games in Halo 2 and 1,540 in Halo 3 for a combined 3,872 multiplayer games. Not sure how to do the math but that's got to be a lot of hours right there.

Single Player ? Probably FF7 or Clock Tower
Multiplayer ? It's close between Halo 2 and Battlefield: MC (PS2).

Single player: Either Age of Empires or Baldur's Gate. I use to play AOE on the hardest difficulty and I could easily spend 20 hours doing one mission.

Multiplayer: I'd have to say Lord of the Rings Online. I can't believe no one has mentioned World Of Warcraft yet.

Nba 2k9 full 12 minute 82 games plus playoffs and part of second season and 3 nba leagues so about 200 hours.

Right now i juggle games like im in the circus.

I have been able to drop 55 hours into Dragon Age, although i've yet to beat it.

MW: Halo 2 played 1,800 games with that one. good times.

From August 1996 until the release of Doom 3 in August 2004, the only PC shooter game I played for any extended length of time was Duke Nukem 3D. I was big into modding the game, and building my own maps, weapons, powerups, and enemies (as well as downloading those that others had made via crappy 56k internet) extended that game's lifespan for me at least tenfold.

I even built a mod for the game for a year-long project my freshman year of high school, lol. I wonder if I still have that lying around somewhere...

Single player: Fallout 3, I have well over 100 hours on that. In reality it's probably Nba inside drive 2006 or nba 2k10 as i play(ed) countless single games, association and also MyPlayer games as well but have no idea how much time i have put into them overall.

MP: Not a big multi player guy but we put a tonne of time into WCW Revenge, Age of Empires and nba jam at university. As for recent games i think i have put more time into Spec Ops on MW2 more than any other game.
