Silent Hill 3 shipping next week...

Ships August 5th according to EB. It's gotten pretty solid reviews from most of the stuff I've read about it. Sick graphics, scary as hell, and a discount price of 39.99. The only real complaint I have read is that the game is a little on the short side.

i know, i can't wait for this game. mine comes wednesday since i had 2 day shipping, but it'll be worth the wait, hopefully i can get my summer reading book done so i can spend my time on SH3

Eh from what early reviewers are saying you wont have to worry about devoting a ton of time to it. Most are saying it was beaten the first time in 4-5 hours.

sounds like a rent to me then...most games I don't play through once i've beaten them (KOTOR's the exception)

Hmmm, maybe I was seeing things. But the price on EB's website now says 49.99. I could have sworn last week it said 39.99.
