Love theater mode, though it's a bit flaky at the moment....I can't seem to watch anything off the recent games list. But if I save the match I want to watch to the file share, I can then load it without any problem. Kind of annoying, but it works.

As someone who still plays World at War and HATED Modern Warfare 2, this game sounds pretty good so far.

same here... traded in WaW tonight and loving BO so far (only level 8)

Feels like WaW meets CoD4 with a sprinkling of MW2.

Its not called camper perk.....its Camera Spike perk....its kinda for camper's.you can set up a camera on one side,face the other way an it will show you the video from behind you....kinda of cheesey,but hey who cares lol.

Yes that is Ice cube voice.......kind of messed up what happened to him in single player.....but as the saying goes, you always know what happens in movies......Now we can add it happens in games too, LOL

Only played multiplayer for about an hour.....kind of laggy.......but hey at least I made it up to a level 5, not bad. I do like how you have to unlock certain things 1st, like sniper class, LMG class, Hardcore mode, domination mode, etc.

It kind of forces you to play the game. And the money thing is awesome too. Remember folks it is the quality of the kill not the quanity. I might not have a high K/D but my kills are quality and I am raking in the dough like Bill Gates.

Now I am just going to sleep on it to determine what kind of attachments I want to buy LOL.

started suprisingly well for the terrible connections i've been getting. K/D is 1.8 and that's with either 2 bars or 1. My first game was 28 and 5 when I had full connection. Eventually when all the people with poor internet give up and leave COD alone it will be better....

2nd chance Pro is awesome - teammates can actually revive you (and given the number of times they've done it for me, I assume they're getting points for it)

Of course, you still have to kill the guy who just killed you, or get an assist to make a revive possible.

I've played black ops multiplayer for about 4-5 hours now, and I have some initial thoughts....

Its very discouraging to see the commando lunge is back, and now everyone has it. I don't need someone to see someone teleport 5 feet forward to avoid a gun fight. I'm hoping they'll tone this down in a patch.

This is a lesson treyarch doesn't seem to learn, but the starting weapons should be some of the best weapons in the game, and in my opinion the M16 is terrible. They could have picked almost any other assault rifle as the default, and avoided a few hours of pure misery for me, and I'm guessing many other people as we worked towards the FAMAS.

I also assumed this would happen with stopping power and jugg being taken out, but I still feared it and its true: Ghost is extremely overpowered. In most matches you go into, you see at least half the enemy team running ghost, and with the way treyarch designed those maps, there are hiding places all over for the campers to set up shop. Unfortunately this is just one of those things I don't see changing, so hopefully over time people start using ghost less.

Another complaint would be that this game has the worst spawn system I've ever seen in any CoD game. I'm hopeful this is something treyarch will address in a patch, because you can't get within 200 yards of the enemy spawn without it immediately flipping and having people pop up 3 feet behind you for no reason.

All in all, I'm generally enjoying the game now, especially now that I never have to use the M16 again(until I prestige of course....). I'm hopeful treyarch will address some issues this game has, but I think they've done a pretty good job in terms of overall balance.

The matchmaking is also horrible, but I can excuse this considering its the first night and there was 3 million people online all night. lmao

Did file sharing go down last night? UGH!

I had my best game of my Call of Duty life on Nuketown where I went 18-2. I just couldn't be stopped and got the game winning kill with a head shot on a guy jumping out of the 2nd story of the house.

I wanted to upload that whole thing and the last game played on my recent games was from hours earlier

I could have cried. LOL

Yeah I noticed the File Sharing only Saves "some" of your games.

Also for the people that are struggling with consistency, and having good games followed by terrible games. The games in which you aren't doing very well in, are probably games where you are playing against an opposing team that coordinates, and knows each other.. they will usually always call out your position if you're spotted, kill one of their members. That's usually the case when I have a less than stellar game.

I have only been killed once with a noob tube in two days. I love this game.

My random class is almost complete. Just need to save up some money for the Killstreaks. Hopefully, I will start to get better at the game now.

EDIT: If you use Surround Sound headphones be SURE to turn to audio setting to "QUIET" in the options. Me being the idiot that I am, set mine to loud. My damn ears were ringing for about two hours afterward.

Lol, I actually bought the Turtle Beach DPX21's yesterday and did the same thing. Holy **** does the game sound amazing with them on though.
