Last night was a good night for me as I had about a 2.00 K/D ratio. I'm at 1.25 right now overall, and climbing, mainly due to the FAMAS.

Had some good matches last night as I finally got into some matches with headset users. Amazing what happens when people actually talk about the game and help each other out!

I don't know what was going on yesterday, but I was absolutely locked in on WMD and Grid. Also was doing pretty good on Launch for a change. Maybe it's just me, but I really like the maps this year; I don't really have one that I truly hate doing like I did on MW2 at times (and also at times with MW).

And yes, I play on the Wii, and I enjoy it. Yes, the graphics take a hit, but honestly, when running around a map pointing and shooting, I don't have time to focus on it. Also, it does have Classic Controller support, so the point-and-shooters are playing against the dual-analog guys. Seems pretty even though...

You can sabotage care packages, turn enemy killstreaks/equipment into friendly ones and you become invisible to motion sensors. I'm only 15 explosion kills from it. I'll probably have to wait until I prestige and do it all over again, as I'm only a few levels away.

Allows you to turn enemy equipment into friendly equipment and you can also boobytrap care packages.

So, I finally got MW2 a few months ago but now once again I'm behind. I'm very tempted to get Black Ops this afternoon, though. It's good enough to do so, yes? I'm not concerned about campaign at all, just multiplayer.

IMO gameplay is identical to MW2, if not slightly different. Customization is much better in BO but aside from that and some game modes, it's essentially the same game with a few new perks.

I can't decide if I want to prestige and try and start having some fun with this game again, or...stick at my level 50 with my unlocks and incredible amount of points (I have about 40k saved up right now with nothing I want to buy). I really haven't had an enjoyable session of this game in a few days, so maybe going into prestige mode would help bring it back.

Yeah but that is just from Tuesday to Friday morning.

If you add the rest of my Friday scores it drops to 2.06 (695-337).

Overall my KDR is only 1.57 right now.

All TDM with the exception of one S&D match.

ahh ok...1.57 is still very very good if you play exclusively TDM. The KDR usually takes a jump up after christmas with all the new noobs getting it later under the tree...

black ops is a very very good game with excellent balance and the game really will differentiate the skilled with the non-skilled. If I had to choose the best game in terms of balance it's this, but maps are not as good as cod 4.

The maps are good in size but not enough truly LARGE maps with wide open spaces to have sniper battles or even longer Assault rifle battles.

Maybe the size in maps are similar, but the map visibility is cut down due to the many buildings. Need more open field settings. Hopefully this can be helped with downloadable maps later on.

out of the 14 maps, 2 maps I just don't like (Nuketown and Summit)....too claustrophobic so not enough room to diferentiate skill. the rest are nicely laid out and have dfferent feels. Cracked is a great map by the way...one of my faves.

Give me Black-Ops weapons balance/perks/killstreaks with cod 4/WAW maps....awesome package.

won't even touch the single player as respawning enemies are a big turn off, why change the mechanics rom MW2 which had hard but fair single player campaign.

I'm really excited about future map packs. I hope they have more wide open ones, because the sniping really isn't a threat on any of these maps aside from Jungle/Array.

I just played a round with of Mercenary TDM on Jungle, our team won 7500-2100. The one guy on my team went 33-1. At one point we had 2 people sniping and 2 people guarding their backs, while the other 2 ran around like lunatics.

I see they still didn't fix the jumping. I hate seeing people hop around the map like frogs just for they won't get shot. SMH
