Yeah that is pretty much what it is, October had an over load of good games to play. You had the following:

Fallout New Vegas
Fable 3
Medal of Honor
EA MMA
Rockband
NBA 2K11

Just way too much to choose from.......I would hate to be a kid this christmas and being forced to make a list of 2 games max that you want. Hell when I was a kid, it was ONE game max LOL.

But back then it wasn't too many games that came out worth getting anyway, nothing like it is today.

I restarted Fallout New Vegas, have not even started and Association on NBA 2K11 yet and EA MMA?? What can I say about that game, simply amazing. MOH I'm about half-way on SP and was playing MP earlier tonight and that game just keeps getting better and FIFA 11 is just "STRAIGHT FUN"

I have been watching the Black Ops videos and the few that I have looked at just seemed meh to me. I was stoked at first but as you stated as of late there have been several REALLY GOOD games that have come out.

Snow please hurry up and come to West Chester, Ohio.

I had this a week early last year, but going to pass on getting it early this year.

Amazon's deal is too good, got it for $54.99 and a $20 credit off a future purchase. Can't pass that up.

At some point someone was talking about a crazy ridiculous Kmart deal, but I've yet to find any online or in-store info on it and how to order...

If I can't get it by Friday, I'm going to Kmart in the AM on Tuesday and get it with $25 credit and use that credit towards NBA 2K11 which is going to be on sale for $39.99. NBA 2K11 for roughly $15 dollars a very nice deal I can't pass up on!

Yeah Amazon has been getting all my money for about the last two years, you keep getting $10-$20 credits for game orders, no tax for my state and release date is $0.99, and on top of this the starting price is usually lower than the stores. I've been averaging about $40 for all my PS3/360 games and then I turn around and sell them on eBay for a profit later on.

Me and Amazon are friends....lol

A few things I wanted to make sure you were aware of...

1. The 25.00 credit is on the store rewards card which means it will take a few days to post before you can use it. Keeping that in mind, make sure you grab COD early enough in the week for the points to post so you can use them on NBA 2k11 before the sale ends.

2. You can sign up in store for the card when you buy COD and still get credit for the purchase.

This Wager Mode scares me a little bit due to the fact that you can play with friends and whoever wins gets paid. I believe that's an easy means to earn money if you just go back and forth with ea. other and continually winning money. Can you use that money to purchase gun upgrades? Unless I'm missing something, this could be a extremely easy way to earn money. Someone school me if I'm missing some info about this mode?
