I am glad they are making it like the classic one on the N64, instead of making a arcadish gimmicky new game and add characters that dont belong.

I havent been this hype about a MK game since MK2...

And I hate fighting games..

(I enjoy Marvel vs Capcom and some Dragon Ball Z games tho)

Did I miss out on MK vs DC???

Mk vs Dc was a really tame Mk game. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't the Mk we love. Its worth the price now since its only twenty dollars at Walmart. Also playing the demo in the words of Stewie it feels right.

I'm loving this demo! I'm starting to get the hang of the fatalities now. I feel like I'm a kid again at the arcade destroying my friends. Only difference is now, I'm in my 30's, married and don't have to have rolls of quarters in my pocket.

I have always, ALWAYS sucked at MK even worse than I do at Street Fighter (MK Trilogy on N64 was the last one I played), and will therefore be giving a pass on this one. I wish you guys all the best in your spine-ripping and decapitating fun, though.

It's the block button, mostly....just never could get used to using it. I could barely even beat the normal level CPU's in the story/arcade modes. And I'm pretty sure having that fightstick won't help much since I was awful at MK in the arcades too.

I can definitely see how the xray cam will get boring after a week.

Yea I feel like they should have been reserve for last blows before a finisher or something, I was able to string a combo into the xray cam to end the fight with a finisher which looked sweet in sequence

I was on the fence about this game, due to the fact I have been out of touch and not into Fighters since High School.

But after seeing this, Kratos, and the nostalgic look of Liu Kang fighting at the temple from MK1 all redone, I must get this!!!
