Finally beat story mode. That was easily the best Story in any fighting game.

Man oh man do I wish they had Classic Reptile's costume and a playable classic smoke.....

people are selling reptile preorder DLC codes for like $70 on ebay.

I don't think you can clone in the corners or during a wake-up.

It's so frustrating because I really liked him yet they made so many people more awesome and ruined him. You have to rely on juggles to keep him competitive but the slow setups make it even more difficult.

The floor ice takes almost a full second count to come out. Why fellas.... why?

The ice floor also disappears very quickly now. It's pretty much a waste to use.

Smoke's been my main so far. Having a lot of success creating juggles from the Smoke ball. The teleport forward move is great against projectile spammers and sets them up for a nice combo.

Also I've been having trouble pulling of babalities. I was able to do it once with Smoke, but I tried 3 or 4 other times and couldn't hit them. Maybe there's some weird win condition? I'm almost positive I blocked when I did pull it off in that one fight though.

How do you save in story mode?

It auto saves after each fight.

thanks, I finally got the combo to work. Lol now I'm having problems doing those special abilities with one bar full, where you have to do the corresponding button press along with holding R2. My question is do you press R2 right as you finish the combo or do the combo while holding R2? Any would be appreciated, kind new to the fighting genre.

You hit R2 at the same time, as the last button press of the special move. R2 + whatever button is last in the special move at the end.

I've had success pressing RT (I'm on the 360) as I press the button for the last input. So when I press Back-Back-FrontPunch for Scorpion's spear I press RT right as I press FrontPunch.

That is hilarious. But I must say. The classics look awesome. Like MK2's!!!

It does as I was wondering the same thing. I wanted to quit after a couple chapters but wasn't sure how to save. A quick search let me know that it saves after every fight, you'll just have to watch the lead-in cutscene again.

Had a blast today with some friends as we ran four people tag matches.

I had to act like Mo and do a bit of trolling with Striker. Enjoying playing as him and Noob Saibot.

It's D,B,D,F,D. You have to be jumping distance to do it. That means go close to him then jump back once, then input the code.

I want reptiles costume so bad....lol.

well the other codes usually only go for around $20 or so. I guess some people like the old reptile look over the new design enough to spend more than the price of the game on it.

I'd pay for them as DLC, especially since some of them come with new fatalities.
