Elder Scrolls V

Found that link saying it might be out this year, and it has been confirmed to be on the E3 list.

Oblivion is a top 5 360 game for me, maybe even number one. Really can't wait to get some information on this. Pretty sure a decent amount of OSer's like the Elder Scrolls series too.

That article says it was going to come out in 2010. I think we will see something.

Man after playing Oblivion modded to hell on PC and trying to play it on my 360 at the time i was angry. Sadly i don't have a PC or Laptop strong enough to play this if/when it's announced because i'd love to see the mods.

So? It might not be out this winter, but most likely it's close to release. Plus, it's rumored it will be at E3.

Man, if a new ES did in fact hit this winter, i'd celebrate in the streets. Especially with what they will (hopefully) change, including the big one: enemies not leveling with you. ESIV was arguably my most played game in this generation, despite the drawbacks. Something about the setting just draws me in so much, much the way Dragon Age does as well.

Along with New Vegas, this would be my most anticipated game of the winter months. Damn you Bethesda for eating up so much of my life!

Oh man I've been waiting a long time for ES V, doubt it'll come out this year, considering the lack of info.
Hopefully we'll hear some good stuff about it. I probably put a good 100 hours into Oblivion, I don't think there's any game I've spent so much time on. Ever.

Looking forward to hearing more about the next game.

I think we get some info this week man, got a good feeling.

I'm just saying that an article that is two years old that stated they think that Elder Scrolls V is in development and will be released in 2010 is anything but concrete. Hopefully, we see something on this game at E3 though. Even if we do, I seriously doubt it will come out this year because it doesn't make much sense for Bethesda (from a publishing standpoint), to release Fallout New Vegas and Elder Scrolls V within months of each other.

Oblivion and Morrowind were unveiled about two years before they were released.

I don't doubt that a fifth Elder Scrolls game is being developed, but it won't be coming out in 2010 or anytime before late 2011.

Pretty much that.

Hell, I'd be surprised if it comes out this cycle and not whenever the next batch of consoles comes out due to the past games release periods.

Bethesda makes a great rpg, can't wait for this to come out.

TES IV and Fallout 3 are probably the two games that I've put the most time into.

If they are working on one, I hope is far away from Oblivion and more like Morrowind.
